2007 Domaine Paul Pernot Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Garenne 1997 16% Sauvignon Blanc and 2%Recently tasted (January 2025), and still very much alive! Positive yellow color, with greenish hints, honeyed aromas, quite fleshy and rich, fully mature, but not overmature, and that 2007 acidity has served it well. Really delicious.
