Each one is handmade with thoughtful intention by a close friend of mine, using an upcycled cotton outer pillowcase that slips off easily to wash and hang to dry. Inside is a whole lot of goodness: organic golden flaxseeds for comforting weight, a touch of organic lavender to help you unwind, and a sprinkle of rose quartz
