2022 Cré Nouveau Syrah 5 tonnes per acre thisSyrah grown on the northern end of the Dixons Creek valley. Gentle south facing slopes in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range. Red clay loam soils. Handpicked and fermented as whole bunches. Very gently transferred to fermenters, taking great care care to not break open berries.
