Its green foliage has exceptionally beautiful autumn colours, ranging from yellow and orange to purple and copper red. When leaves emerge, they are silverygreen, almost white, when fully grown, green and light grey beneath. Small, white flowers and yellowish fruits are less attractive than on other ornamental apples.
