2020 Lovo Blossom Rosso Loire Though it’s certainly not theThe Blossom Rosso is a 50 50 blend of Cabernets Sauvignon and Franc, grown in the hills of Italys Veneto region. Enologist Salvatore Lovo runs the estate with the help of his daughter, Silvia. Together, the Lovos tend over 105 hectares just south of Padua. This medium bodied red has a core of dark red fruit, along with notes of herbs and spice. Try it with grilled Italian sausages.
