2023 Lemelson Willamette Valley Pinot Noir From The Winery: Our FiddletownThe Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a blend of all of Lemelson's organically farmed vineyards, made to capture the freshness of the vintage. To achieve this, this wine was bottled after eight months of aging as opposed to Lemelson's standard 17 months of levage, so they could preserve the bright fruit character. Additionally, a modest 20% new French oak was used to achieve pleasant oak nuances while not overpowering the blend. The resulting wine is
