Made with one firing that consists of forming the background with different colors of glass that is capped with clear glass and  fused to a flat sheet highlighted with a dichroic sun

Scene is made by using the chemical reactions between silver and french vanilla and petified wood glass

The second firing adds enamels and frit to create dimensionality

Bowl designed using the characteristics of sterling silver reactions with copper bearing  and sulphur bearing glass

Cranberry Haze garden stake french vanillaFront of piece was created using powders and full fused into a part sheet. Using stringers that have been shaped by a flame, a tree was contoured fused to the front. The background is composed of clear glass and blue streaky glass, which shines through the front layer. size 7 x 5"
