Vins pied sous terre 2022 Lorraine Ploussard pours so pale itGrgoire and Judi Perron settled at Journans in 2010, drawn there by a small parcel of hundred year old Poulsard. They now work two and a half hectares split across more than twenty parcels on the edge of the Bugey, where the Jura massif meets the Alpine foothills. Grgoire taught himself the cellar, learning from growers he admired rather than from a school. Judi works the vines, draws the labels, and looks after the horse and the sheep that work
