layered rough texture of this ring is inspired by the bark of the ancient cedar trees that I remember from childhood hikes in the forests of the Pacific Northwest

and rises up as the wheel turns--but the lark isn't fully part of the wheel and offers the possibility of a life not controlled by faceless outside forces

Sparkling purple, pink, peach, and yellow sapphire beads cluster on these geometric yet fluid earrings. Simple hooks. Hammered dangling fringe interspersed with multicolored sapphires. Each of the components moves independently. Sapphire is the birthstone for September.
