It is Japan's highest whisky distillery at just under 800 meters, so it's nearly made it to space. 'Kasei' is the Japanese word for Mars, and the whisky is made from a blend of both malt and grain whiskies, married from a variety of barrels. Tasting Note Nose: White flowers and ripe white stone
