Vintage 1940s Black Felt Hat Heart Shaped Broad Brim Halo Beret 1940s Skirt the most apparent are inA striking vintage c. 1940s black felt hat somewhat in the halo beret genre, with broad heart shaped brim. The hat is handmade from a single piece of felt, cunningly shaped, folded, stitched & creased, is trimmed with bands & a false bow of folded grosgrain ribbon, & has a petersham inner headband; it is intended to sit toward the back of the head.
