The Whistler 該酒廠成立於2015年，由庫尼族創辦，座落於愛爾蘭勞斯郡博伊恩谷。這是區內50年來首家開業的釀酒廠，起初生產琴酒，計劃於2017年開始釀造威士忌。酒廠所採購的每種原材料均為100%天然和100%本地。每滴水都來自於博因河谷的井水，每一粒大麥都是由當地農民提供。

香氣：散發柑橘和果醬的香氣，並帶有辛香料的味道。

葡萄乾同堅果嘅香氣緊接住甜蜜嘅椰子水同罐頭水果，味道香郁平衡，最後有辛香味道展現出豐富嘅橡木風味；加水之後柑橘香氣更加明顯清晰。入口之後，可以感受到酒體完美平衡，有乳脂軟糖、香草同巧克力軟糖嘅風味，就好似一場豐盛嘅宴會，味道非常豐富，同時濃郁嘅水果香氣在口中散發出來，令人回味無窮。
